We are a brand new, family run business coming right from the heart of Toronto, Canada. Our team at Grains and Greens search high and low to find the very best vegan snacks available! These amazing snacks are then taste-tested, boxed up, and delivered straight to your door! We do all the hard work so that you can sit back, chill and snack away!
We have two amazing products! The Vegan.Snack.Box on a subscription basis, or, the BiG Vegan.Snack.Box available, which is perfect as a gift or for the ultimate snacker! Both are bursting with value! The subscription Vegan.Snack.Box contains 9-11 items with over $30 (CAD) in value, while the BiG Vegan.Snack.Box contains 17-19 items with over $50 (CAD) in value. That’s our promise!

Ah, awesome Vegan...SNACKS!!
Every month we work hard to provide you with a snack box of 9-11 100% vegan treats! We want to keep the box a surprise, so we do not feature the products before you receive it! Each month you will receive a whole new box of vegan goodness. Example of items being chocolate, popcorn, candy, chips, bars, gum, brownies, beverages, spreads, nuts, cookies. Of course, ALL vegan.
Do you offer a Gluten-free options?
Yes! We will happily accommodate for this! Both our subscription vegan.snack.box and BiG vegan.snack.box includes many gluten-free options. However, if you would like your box to be all gluten-free please put through your request when checking out and we will ensure that this request is made.
I am a new vegan, is the Vegan.Snack.Box suitable for me?
Yes, yes and yes! One of the hardest things about making the wonderful transformation to a vegan lifestyle is label checking and finding products that are delicious and cruelty free. We do all this hard work for you! Our Vegan.Snack.Boxes are perfect for new vegans!
I'm sold! How do I buy my Vegan.Snack.Box?
Want a subscription? Get our standard Vegan.Snack.Box or our BiG Vegan.Snack.Box on a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription. Or, if you just want one hit of Vegan amazingness, get our BiG Vegan.Snack.Box as a one-off purchase. Select the appropriate shipping amount, and complete your purchase! Your credit card will be charged with your first purchase. If you are purchasing a Vegan.Snack.Box via our subscription service, you will be charged again at the same time each month for the life of your subscription. If you are purchasing the BiG Vegan.Box (not on a subscription basis) you will be charged a one-off purchase fee.
Can I give a Vegan.Snack.Box as a gift to a loved one?
Yes, absolutely! Our BiG Vegan.Snack.Box is the perfect idea for a Christmas, birthday or 'just because'! The BiG Vegan.Snack.Box can be purchased as a one-off purchase and not part of our subscription service.
What's the deal with shipping? How does that work?
We have two different shipping fees. The subscription Vegan.Snack.Box has a shipping fee of $6.75 (per box, per month) and the BiG Vegan.Snack.Box has a shipping fee of $11.75. That's to anywhere in Canada! Also, if you purchase a subscription Vegan.Snack.Box and our BiG Vegan.Snack.Box, you only have to pay shipping on the subscription Vegan.Snack.Box - that's free shipping on your BiG Vegan.Snack.Box!
We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to any Vegan.Snack.Box during delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and the delivery instructions are clear; especially in respect of where to leave your Vegan.Snack.Box if you are not at home to accept delivery of it. We do not take responsibility if your Vegan.Snack.Box is stolen, damaged, or goes missing once it is delivered to the nominated delivery address. We will confirm successful delivery of your Vegan.Snack.Box through your preferred contact method, either by text message or by email.
If you do not provide any delivery instructions with your purchase, we will knock on the door of the address you provided (if security allows us access) and if you are not home we assume you agree to your Vegan.Snack.Box being left on the front door step (or similar location) of the nominated delivery address. Again, confirmation of the delivery will be provided over text message or email.
I don't live in Canada, but I REALLY want a Vegan.Snack.Box. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We will happily share our vegan goodness with our international friends! If you are interested, email us at email@example.com and we can discuss the logistics. International shipping rates are provided on a case-by-case basis. International shipping varies depending on where the box is shipped to and the weight. If you are an international buyer please note any relevant import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Will provide you with a tracking number for your international orders. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged international packages.
I'm hungry! How long does it take for my Vegan.Snack.Box to arrive?
The BiG Vegan.Snack.Box arrives within 5 to 7 days from the date of your purchase.
When your subscription Vegan.Snack.Box will arrive depends on when you purchase it. If you purchase your subscription Vegan.Snack.Box on or before the 20th of the month, you will be sent out that month's Vegan.Snack.Box within 5 to 7 days from the date of your purchase. If you order after the 20th of the month, you will be sent out the next month's Vegan.Snack.Box and it arrives within the first week of that month. So a purchase on April 10th will get you the April's Box, and a purchase on April 22nd will get you May's Box. In both cases, your next Vegan.Snack.Box will be sent on the the 1st day of each month for the length of your subscription. The same information applies for the BiG Vegan.Snack.Box on the subscription.
When am I charged for the subscription Vegan.Snack.Box?
For a one-off purchase of our BiG Vegan.Snack.Box, you are charged within 1 to 3 business days of your purchase. For the subscription Vegan.Snack.Box or BiG Vegan.SnackBox, you are first charged within 1 to 3 business days of your purchase. You will be charged again at the same time each month for the life of your subscription.
For example, if you order on December 28, you will be charged on date of purchase for the first month (January), then charged again for the second month on January 28, this will continue for the length of your subcription.
I'm so hungry, and my Vegan.Snack.Box arrived yet!
Remember, STAY.CALM & BREATHE. Eat a banana (we love bananas). Your Vegan.Snack.Box is coming! Our subscription Vegan.Snack.Box arrives within the first week of the month. Our BiG Vegan.Snack.Box should arrive at your door within 5 to 7 business days from date of purchase.
If your Vegan.Snack.Box has not arrived within the above time frames, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and put 'MY BOX HASN'T ARRIVED!' in the subject line. Make sure your email includes your details (name, shipping address and billing address) or a photocopy of your government-issued ID and we will check the delivery status of your Vegan.Snack.Box.
I've moved (or going to!) and I need to change my shipping or personal information! How can I do this?
Not a problem! Email us at email@example.com and put 'CHANGE MY DETAILS' in the subject line. Make sure your email includes your original details (name, shipping address and billing address) or a photocopy of your government-issued ID, along with your new details. Please advise us of any changes to your shipping or personal information at least 5 days before the start of the month.
It's not for me. Can I cancel my Vegan.Snack.Box subscription?
Of course, although we will be sad if you do :'(
If you would like to cancel your subscription, you will need to do this before the 15th of the preceding month. That means if you want to stop your Vegan.Snack.Box from arriving in the first week of March, you will need to cancel your subscription by February 15. This is easy to do. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, put 'CANCEL' in the subscription line. You will need to provide us with your original details (name, shipping address and billing address) or a photocopy of your government-issued ID, along with confirmation of your request to cancel your subscription.
